REGISTRATION/FEES

POLICIES & PAYMENTS - 2016/17

PAYMENT YEARLY COST: $1,500 USD 

COST INCLUDES:  Registration/annual fees & Uniforms

PAYMENT PLANS:

In order to facilitate parents we offer different payment plans.

​

PLAN #1:  

Full year payment: one payment of $1,500 USD

​

PLAN #2: 

  • First payment: $500 at Registration

  • Second: $350 November 21st to 25th, 2016

  • Third:   $350 January 30th to February 3rd, 2017

  • Fourth: $300 April 3rd to April 7th, 2017

 

Fees are payable in check to FULMOUN PRODUCTION or cash and can be dropped off at Kikloe in Petion-Ville or Haytrac on Airport Road. 

 

FAMILY DISCOUNTS:

Families with more than one child in the program will receive a 5% Discount off the annual cost for each additional child as of the second payment.

 

LATE FEES: 

$20 per week late after deadline.

NOTE:

Definite Absence or Departure:

Any absence or departure of a child must be announced in writing in advance (by email to Patrick Bonnefil and copied to his assistant). No amount already paid will be reimbursed. If the child leaves the club after the beginning of a new period, this period is due in full. An official mail is to announce the leave in order for it to be effective. No exception will be made to this rule.

TEMPORARY ABSENCE:

In case of absence due to sickness, a medical certificate must be submitted.

​

TRAVEL:

We organize 2 oversees tournament trips during the year: 

  1. The Disney’s President’s day festival (in February) – categories: 9 to 18 years old

  2. Potomac Memorial Day’s tournament (in May) – categories: 12 to 18 years old.

​

More information will be given by the end of September for the travel fees and conditions.

IMPORTANT DATES IN 2016/17:
  • AUGUST 8th, 2016 - Registration Begins

  • SEPTEMBER 12th, 2016 - Fall Season Begins

  • OCTOBER 17th, 2016 - OFF (National Holiday)

  • NOVEMBER 18th, 2016 - OFF (National Holiday)

  • DECEMBER 16th, 2016 - Fall Season Ends

  • JANUARY 9th, 2017 - Spring Seasons Begins

  • FEBRUARY 25th to MARCH 3rd, 2017 - OFF (Carnival) 

  • APRIL 12th to APRIL 18th, 2017 - Easter Break

  • MAY 1 st and 2nd, 2017 - Bank holiday

  • MAY 18th, 2017 - Bank holiday (FLAGDAY)

  • JUNE 24th, 2017 - Last Day of Season

Inscription forms may be filled out below or submitted via email at FootBallClubToro@gmail.com. One form must be completed for each registered child.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

The following documents must be provided at registration along with completed inscription form:

  • ï‚·2 photos of identification

  • Copy of birth certificate of player

  • Copy of first page of passport

  • Copy of American visa if Haitian

These documents can either be handed in at Haytrac on Airport Road or at practice to Patrick Bonnefil or his assistant or sent via email at FootBallClubToro@gmail.com
